Emirates is currently hiring Airport Services Agent in Glasgow, United Kingdom on Full-time basis to: Provide assistance to customers on arrival and departure; Monitor the arrival immigration problems; Monitor check-in including 'queue-combing; Provide cover in the absence of the senior team members; Assist in dealing with problems such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding; Monitor baggage delivery performance against agreed standards; Assist at the Ticket Desk (basic ticketing functions), Ramp, Lounge and other areas of Airport Operations; Support duties in the Emirates lounge
