Job Description
Air Canada is hiring a Concierge Agent in Fiumicino to provide personalized service to Aeroplan Super Elite 100K, top tier members, and Signature class customers in the airport environment. The agent must focus on customer service guidelines and corporate safety rules, ensuring excellent service at all times. They must be able to solve problems and develop professional relationships with frequent customers, fostering brand loyalty. The concierge agent will be present at check-in, escort to the lounge, assist with flight arrivals and departures, gates, and lounges, liaise with the 24/7 Concierge Desk, network with other Global Concierge Agents, and provide solutions for premium customers in case of irregular operations. The agent will also maintain daily reports on concierge activities and liaise with concierge groups to provide support and assistance in dealing with high-profile and premium customers.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent social manners, excellent customer service skills, and strong interpersonal skills. They should be able to work in a multicultural environment, prioritize daily workloads, and solve problems in line with corporate guidelines. They should also be able to work well within a team, have knowledge of AC products and procedures, and adapt to changing situations. The job requires proficiency in English and Italian, internet, emails, Word, Excel, and ALTEA reservations system. Experience in tourism or ticketing is also beneficial. The position is part-time, permanent, and based at Rome Fiumicino Airport in Italy.
