    Job Description

    Responsible for supporting and coordinating passenger service operations on a daily basis and for supervising contractors under ANA’s handling requirements and contract, providing review and information to Management.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Oversees departure handling, arrival handling, and ramp duties.

    • Performs designated passenger service functions.

    • Performs general administrative duties.


    Job Requirements

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills

    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong computer (PC) skills

    • Excellent organizational skill

    • Experience in passenger service is preferred

    • Bilingual (Japanese/English) is preferred but not necessary. Other languages are also welcome.

    • Willing to work any hours/shifts/holidays

    • Must have a proof to work in the United States legally
