Easyjet is seeking experienced customer service professionals with a proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling stressful situations and have a passion for service recovery. They should be able to handle high volumes of calls, multitask, and set priorities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have the ability to learn systems quickly.
