    Job Description

    Emirates is seeking Customer Sales and Service Professionals to join their multicultural team in Manchester UK. The role involves providing information about products and services, identifying customer needs, promoting Emirates products, issuing tickets, and enhancing revenue earnings by promoting additional services. The goal is to ensure the highest standard of customer service and meet the needs of Emirates' customers.

    The role starts at GBP26,000, with shift pay after 3 months (approximately £1,500 per annum) and monthly focus bonus scheme after 6 months. Eligibility includes 1.5%, 3.5%, or 7.5% of salary for meeting performance targets.

    Job Requirements

    • Fluency in English and Czech is required, with a focus on customer and sales.

    • Good listening and communication skills are essential.

    • PC-based skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email are required.

    • Experience in the contact center, hospitality, or travel industry is required.

    • Applicants must have legal rights to live and work in the UK, have previous customer service or contact center experience, be fluent in English and Czech, and be able to work in a busy call handling/sales team environment.
