Job Requirements
Candidates must have a good general education, experience in baggage tracing and claims, experience in airport/travel agency passenger service, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of airport, reservations, ticketing, and baggage systems. They must work under pressure, prioritize workload, and support others as a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, and fluency in English is essential. Legal residency in the UK is required.
