Job Description
The job of Lounge Agent is to ensure the delivery of a consistently high level product for EK premium customers and that the service suppliers provide the expected level of service. This includes greeting passengers as they enter the Lounge, advising them of all available services, liaising with service providers and overseeing catering, cleaning and maintenance operations, assisting operational staff in a proactive manner, keeping all passengers informed regarding their flight departure, assisting with expeditious and accurate completion of all reports & statistical data, recording inwards goods and confirmation of invoices, and assisting with daily/weekly stock control. Additionally, the Lounge Supervisor, Airport Services Manager and other senior staff on duty will assist with airport operations
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience in either Aviation or Hospitality is required, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and fluency in English and the language of the country.
