Job Description
CSRs are responsible for assisting passengers with flight reservations, ticketing and check-in, boarding, customer service and complaint resolution, and receiving aircraft.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with passengers, generating reservations, resolving disservice situations, reading passenger identification documents, operating a computer, lifting baggage, opening/closing aircraft doors, standing for up to 4 hours, sitting continuously, operating the passenger loading jet-way bridge, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
the job requires a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent school leaving certificate, driving license, familiarity with ramp operations, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift and maneuver heavy baggage, excellent customer service skills, widebody aircraft handling & servicing basic knowledge, Flight Planning, NOTAM review, basic knowledge, weight & balance basic knowledge, legal authorization to work in Taiwan without sponsorship, fluent in English, successful completion of interview required, reliable, punctual attendance, and fluent in Mandarin.
