The role involves providing customer service, checking in passengers, ensuring boarding passes, seat selection, and immigration documentation, checking in baggage, collecting excess charges, making reservations, providing passengers with information, tracing baggage, coordinating boarding, handling safety procedures, monitoring carry-on baggage, and assisting passengers. The position may also involve servicing First Class Lounges, updating records in PSS, maintaining company standards, and ensuring supplies and materials are available. The position also collects and compiles statistical data.

    Job Requirements

    The job requirements include tact, good judgment, initiative, clear self-expression, working under pressure, wearing company uniform, standing for extended periods, using automated reservations, ticketing, and baggage tracing systems efficiently, lifting 70 lbs unaided, maintaining an acceptable attendance record, and working shifts including irregular shifts and overtime. Special requirements include wearing hearing protection in designated high noise areas. Candidates must be eligible to work in their country of interest and seek necessary work permits/visas. Bilingual candidates will be given preference based on equal qualifications.
