Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Duty Supervisor in Dusseldorf to oversee the team and deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Duty Officer, the role will involve assisting the Airport Services Manager and handling flight delays, disruptions, and denied boarding. Key responsibilities include ramp handling, ensuring on-time flight closures, planning efficient duty allocations, providing leadership, team building skills, and evaluating performance. The role will also involve managing the ticketing team and ensuring a tidy workplace.
Job Requirements
A successful candidate must have a college or university degree, at least 4 years of experience in airline or ground handling operations, excellent communication skills, knowledge of weight and balance, ramp handling, and dangerous goods regulations, ability to perform duties under pressure, understanding of carriage conditions, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures, experience in passenger services, baggage services, ground operations, and ramp handling, high computer literacy, and excellent customer focus and service delivery.
