Qatar Airways is seeking a Senior Reservations and Ticketing Agent in Atlanta to support the team in delivering optimal customer satisfaction and exceeding revenue targets. The role will involve handling customer requests, assisting travel agents with seat confirmation, resolving issues, arranging reservations and routing, issuing tickets, assigning space, minimizing waiting times, preparing staff rosters, and providing guidance and support. The ideal candidate will also investigate complaints, ensure quality work, meet airline standards, and motivate staff to contribute positively.
Job Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a recognized IATA or airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing Course. Knowledge of special rates, offers, and promotions is essential. Experience in ticketing, fast-paced customer service, problem-solving, and adhering to management policies is required. Shift work is required, and experience with Amadeus is required. Legal US work is required, but visa sponsorship is not available.
