Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Agent in Tunis, Tunisia to provide five-star service to passengers at the airport terminal and create an enjoyable environment. The role involves liaising with check-in, transfer desks, escorting and directing passengers, handling company materials, liaising with Ground Handling agents, ensuring smooth passenger assistance, supervising GHA staff, organizing check-in counters, and coordinating documentation issues. The ideal candidate will ensure quality service and adherence to safety policies and security standards.
Job Requirements
A successful candidate must have a high school degree, 2 years of job-related experience, fluency in English, high energy, computer literacy, excellent customer focus, service delivery, and strong interpersonal skills. They must also have a strong team orientation and be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
