Minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. The ideal candidate should embrace diverse thinking and styles, prioritize safety and security, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in the United States. New hires will be flexible and have 2 consecutive days off. They should have digital literacy, clear communication, excellent attendance, and privacy. Competitors with one year of experience in sales and customer service, as well as Spanish language fluency, are also considered. Delta occasionally opens internal bilingual positions with pay increases for current Customer Experience Specialists.
