Job Description
The role is part of the London Heathrow Customer Services team, focusing on delivering a safe and first-class airport experience to customers. The role involves working flexibly across all functions and providing high-quality customer service. The candidate will perform various airport-related duties, including check-in, gate, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing, Work closely with the flight/work area/shift team leader, conduct administrative duties, and represent AA by adhering to uniform standards and a customer-focused approach, Promote and sell AA services and products, attend compulsory training, and adhere to safe working practices. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, professional conflict resolution, stress management, strong customer focus, and a well-groomed appearance. Should be able to work in a shift environment, be reliable and punctual, and comply with American Airlines policies. Communication skills are essential, and candidates must have a valid BAA airside pass, GSAT training, DVLA driving license, and a valid BAA jet bridge permit. Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be GSAT trained and have a valid DVLA driving license. Must be legally entitled to work and live in the UK
