Air Canada is seeking Customer Sales and Service Agents to join its Contact Centre team. This role is crucial for the company's success, as it's often the first point of contact for customers. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. The role also involves being a knowledgeable source of information about flights, fares, destinations, special offers, using Air Canada's in-house reservation system, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolutions.

Job Requirements
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a 12-week paid initial training program, availability for shift work, ability to find creative solutions to complex customer situations, self-motivated multitasking, proficiency with computer applications and online tools, strong communication skills, and eligibility to work in Canada. Priority will be given to candidates who speak English and French
