Job Description
Air Canada is seeking Customer Service Agents, based in Montreal International Airport. The role involves investigating delayed baggage, arranging expediting and delivery, assisting customers with baggage complaints, performing lost and found functions, and chargeback functions. Responsibilities include tracing and processing delayed baggage files, mishandled/unclaimed bags, and preparing records and documents. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. This position requires the ability to walk long distances to search for bags in bag rooms and arrival halls.
The position is permanent full-time, with a starting salary of $29.66/hour.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must be available for shift work and irregular hours, possess a valid driver's license, obtain and maintain transportation security clearances, be able to lift heavy objects up to 70 pounds, work under various climatic conditions, and work within strict timelines. Have eligibility to work in Canada, Priority will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and French.
