Silver Airways flight attendants are the brand ambassadors for the airline, assisting customers safely during visits, vacations, or business conduct. Day-to-day responsibilities include working independently, prioritizing safety, adhering to regulations, assisting customers on aircraft, and responding to customer needs
Selected candidates will receive transportation to Fort Lauderdale for training, hotel accommodations, and a stipend during the four-week training period. Candidates must be financially prepared for pay fluctuations during the transition. Relocation is the responsibility of each team member. Successful completion of training requirements is a prerequisite for employment.

Job Requirements
- The minimum requirements for this role include fluency in English, Ability to speak, read, and write in English, willingness to relocate, strong communication skills, handling pressure in stressful situations, good judgment, dependability, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have reliable transportation to and from the base airport, live within 90 minutes of the base, and be physically able to bend, stretch, stoop, lift up to 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and cope with outside climate conditions. The duty day can be 14 hours long, and candidate must be professional in appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- A valid US passport or foreign passport with visas is required, along with a valid driver's license. The candidate must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be legally authorized to work in the U.S., have no visible tattoos, pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and comply with company uniform guidelines. Be able to sit in a jump seat and fasten a 4-point jump seat harness without extending devices, and ability to work long hours, and nights away from home.
- Candidates must be able to maneuver comfortably within the aircraft cabin, open and close doors manually, lift objects over 26 pounds, and use emergency equipment. Also be prepared to join the AFA.
