    Job Description

    As an Operational Support Agent, you will modify reservations based on flight schedule or hotel changes, follow up files, and work closely with departments like accounting, customer service, and products. You will respond to travel agent information requests, adjust billing, assist with reservation processes on various computer systems, assist passengers with questions or modifications, adjust files based on reservation conditions, help agents solve problems on the Agent Direct website, replace receptionists, and follow up on and send travel documents.

    Job Requirements

    This role requires a diploma in Tourism (preferred), prior experience in customer service or equivalent, call center experience (preferred), knowledge of reservation systems, computer application skills, English/French bilingualism, any other language will be an advantage. Customer service and verbal communication skills, spirit of teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-reliance and detail-oriented. Additionally, the candidate should have OPC/TICO certification.
