Job Description
Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Service Agent in Singapore to provide exceptional service at the airport terminal and create a stress-free travel environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality service, adhering to safety policies and security standards, and assisting passengers with entry requirements, visas, and residence permits. Will also be responsible for pre-flight administration, post-flight administration, monitoring missing and damaged baggage, general profiling of passengers, performing aircraft turnaround checks, operating aircraft cabin services doors from the outside, verifying revenue and company image, prioritizing security and safety, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The role also involves implementing security and safety policies and procedures through GHA staff.
Job Requirements
This role requires a high school degree, 2 years of experience in customer service, IATA or Airline Basic Tariff and Pricing Course is preferred, computer literacy, well-developed interpersonal skills, fluency in English, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Legal rights to live and work in Singapore.
