The BA Euroflyer Cabin Crew is responsible for leading and motivating their team, meeting operational targets, ensuring safety, security, and health and safety responsibilities, and ensuring punctuality and safety. They are responsible for service delivery in line with service standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local laws. They act as a role model for cabin crew, demonstrating leadership behaviors towards colleagues and customers. They build effective working relationships with colleagues and service partners, delivering SCCM objectives and personal development plans. They undertake regular inflight assessments, coaching, and mentoring of cabin crew members. They are required to operate all aircraft types and maintain recency, reporting safety-related issues and adhering to Safety & Equipment Procedures training. Job Requirements

The British Airways cabin crew requires a minimum of one year of experience in a cabin crew role within the last five years, fluency in both spoken and written English, customer service experience, and medical fitness. The candidate must hold a valid passport with the right to live and work in the UK and allow unrestricted global travel. They must undergo a Criminal Record Check for six months or more in the previous five years and provide satisfactory references. The candidate must be willing to work shifts, live within 90 minutes of London Gatwick airport, and wear the British Airways uniform to the required standard with no visible tattoos or body piercings.
