Duties and Responsibilities
As a Flight Attendant, you will greet, direct, and assist passengers, provide public announcements, ensure passenger compliance with safety requirements, and ensure passenger comfort. You will demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism in handling various situations, including emergencies, emergencies, and special needs. You will also diffuse challenging situations, care for ill, injured, and incapacitated passengers, and work in confined spaces. You will adapt to frequent changes in the work environment and complete all responsibilities promptly, contributing to on-time departures and arrivals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be 5'0-6'0, fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification, have a valid passport, meet Canadian immigration requirements, demonstrate clear communication, ability to lift heavy equipment, and work various shifts. Must maintain a professional appearance, have legal US work rights, fluency in English, and have access to a high-speed internet and Microsoft Office Suite. Must also be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred qualification include one year of hospitality experience in hotel, restaurant, or retail industries, previous work experience in face-to-face public contact positions, and a college degree.
