Job Description
Air Canada is seeking Customer Experience Specialists, based in Quebec Airport. The role involves assisting passengers at airport counters and gate locations, ensuring secure and on-time departures. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, caring, and enjoy working with people. Responsibilities include conducting passenger check-in, assisting pre-boarding passengers, and preparing and issuing tickets and boarding passes.

Salary: $17.00/hour
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must pass a five to seven week full-time paid training program, availability for shift work, have customer service experience, excellent communication, teamwork, problem resolution and multitasking skills, ability to work within strict timelines, be eligible to work in Canada, and obtain and maintain transportation security clearances and authorizations.
Preferred qualifications include being bilingual in English and French, or English and one or more of the preferred languages: Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Hebrew, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, Punjabi
