Description
As a flight attendant, you will perform work duties in an aircraft environment, adhering to established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations. You will ensure customer safety and comfort, provide exemplary customer service, assist with luggage storage, and attend to those in need. You will prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, maintain a professional appearance, respond to emergency situations, guide passengers, provide emergency medical assistance, ensure aircraft and passengers are in full compliance with policies, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
You will be exposed to allergens, open emergency exits, close doors, and perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and reaching. You must be able to use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems unsupervised, maintain the aircraft's appearance, practice safety conscious behaviors, and complete other tasks as assigned by management or the Pilot-in-Command.
Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $42,564.91
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency, 2 years of experience with PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES, independent judgement, knowledge of contract labor groups, ability to work all shifts, holidays, and overtime, rotation of shifts and days off, and FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas. Preferred qualifications include current or previous inflight and crew schedule experience
