As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing award-winning service through various channels, including phone, live chat, email, and face-to-face interactions, understanding customer needs and requirements, and creating exciting holiday experiences using destination experiences. Ensuring quick and friendly handling of all forms of contact, exceeding sales and service performance targets, and challenging the status quo through collaboration with all departments. Staying updated with product changes and personal development is essential for staying ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have prior experience in commercial, sales, ticketing/reservations, travel, tourism, or customer service, have 12 years of schooling or equivalent, understand the importance of exceptional customer experiences, be a confident communicator, thrive in a busy service environment, be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, have a flexible approach, take accountability for their own learning, listen to customers, anticipate their needs, have excellent attention to detail, be IT literate, and be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
