Description
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will handle calls effectively, ensure work meets quality standards, and meet business productivity goals. You will seek opportunities for improvement, embrace change, and provide general Lufthansa and Star Alliance information. You will handle flight reservation bookings, re-bookings, and re-routings, assist customers with travel-related services, and provide excellent customer service. You will also be flexible to rotational shifts.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service experience, fluency in English, completed subjects in Mathematics, Geography, Travel & Tourism, proven customer service and sales skills, good computer system and software understanding, availability for rotating shifts and public holidays.
