The goal is to create memorable experiences for every customer, every flight, every day, by exploring new cultures and having fun.

Starting hourly flight pay starts at $28.88/hour, with top-of-the-line pay at $67.11/hour. Seniority-based pay increases and additional compensation for language skills, lead positions, and international trips are also available.
A comprehensive training program for flight attendants is also provided. After completing the training, full-time employees can be assigned to one of United hubs (relocation funds not provided). United provides a $140/week per diem, accommodations, breakfast, and lunch during training.
