Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a valid EASA Attestation, be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high, have three years of experience as a cabin crew in a First/Business class airline, have previous experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a business aviation environment, have a cheerful personality, fluency in English, and be fluent in a second language, such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian or Spanish.
Candidates must pass an aero-medical examination, assessed by an AME, AeMC, or OHMP Occupational Health Medical Practitioners, renewed every 5 years, focusing on physical and mental abilities. Candidates must undergo training in firefighting, slide descending, and providing first aid. They must also operate aircraft systems and emergency equipment, maintain the aircraft environment, and perform duties efficiently during normal and abnormal operations, as well as in emergency situations and psychologically demanding circumstances. This includes stress management, decision-making, crowd control, crew coordination, and managing disruptive passengers and security threats.
