• Cayman Airways Desktop Support Technician George Town

    Location George Town, Cayman Islands


    As a Desktop Support Technician, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of corporate workstations and laptops, install new machines and software, decommission and redeploy older devices, monitor the Helpdesk, ensure Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware services are functional, track inventory assets, provide maintenance and support for printers, copiers, and scanners, manage user accounts in Active Directory and airline software solutions, provide end-user support, and create reports, document changes, and make recommendations for improvement.


    To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a distributed network environment, an A+, Network+, IT Fundamentals, or Google IT Support Professional certificate, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office applications, understanding of LAN operations, ability to work on complex technical issues with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and be attentive and team player.

    Desirable qualifications include basic Windows Server Administration, Basic Windows Active Directory User administration, working knowledge of Desktop Imaging Tools, entry-level knowledge of Virtualization Technologies, and experience with an Enterprise antivirus solution.
