As a cabin crew member, you will be responsible for safety, security, and inflight service duties, ensuring a high level of customer care on flights. Key responsibilities include safety equipment checks, safety demonstrations, securing aircraft doors, ensuring passengers follow safety procedures, and providing assistance during emergencies. Inflight service duties include pre-boarding tasks, boarding customers, serving meals and beverages, maintaining clean cabins and toilets, making announcements, answering customer queries, distributing amenities, fulfilling customer requests, and ensuring orderly disembarkation after landing. Administrative duties include attending pre-flight briefings to understand flight handling requirements and preparing reports on flight incidents, including safety and security incidents. Your goal is to provide a high level of customer care and ensure the safety and well-being of passengers on flights.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be Indian nationals with valid passports, PAN cards, and Aadhar cards. Minimum age for freshers is 18 to 27 years, and up to 30 years old for experienced cabin crew with min 2 years of prior experience. The ideal candidate must have a minimum height of 155 cm for females and 170 cm for males, and have a BMI range of 18-22 for females and 18-25 for males. No visible tattoo/marks. The candidate must have a minimum education of 10+2 (Class 12th), and possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
