Description
As a flight attendant, you'll ensure passenger safety and comfort by adhering to FAA regulations and responding effectively to emergencies. You'll provide exceptional customer service, attending to passenger needs with a professional demeanor. Your duties will include preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages, while also maintaining a clean and orderly cabin environment. The ability to lift heavy doors and work in an environment with allergens is essential. You'll be proficient in using all galley and cabin equipment, operate in-flight entertainment systems, and effectively communicate with passengers. This role requires a commitment to safety, a focus on exceptional service, and the ability to efficiently manage your time within a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $52,452.24
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must be at least 23 years old, authorized to work in the United States, have three years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience, have a valid passport, pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen, and have a valid driver license. They must also complete Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program and Initial Operating Experience. The candidate must be fluent in English, with bilingualism preferred but not required. Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules, work unsupervised, and possess polished interpersonal skills. Must also have strong leadership and organizational skills, be able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment, maintain strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. Must work in a safe professional manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
