    The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring a superior air transportation experience with a high safety record. They play a crucial role in NetJets Large Cabin, providing exceptional inflight service for passengers and owners. The Flight Attendant must maintain a professional demeanor and be able to perform interior preflight, greet passengers, and provide safety briefings. They must also be a subject matter expert on onboard safety, entertainment, and comfort features.

    Responsibilities include ensuring safety, providing in-flight service, handling catering, preparing beds, and following owner notes and profiles. They must ensure proper stowing of cabin baggage, conduct flights for owners with pets and those who smoke. They must work in a team environment and comply with safety and regulatory guidance.

    The Flight Attendant acts as a liaison between passengers and NetJets, communicating any cabin maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Pilot in Command. They must also complete paperwork related to inventory management, passdowns, and crew reports. Other duties may be assigned depending on the assignment.


    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, applicants must have a min of high school degree, bachelor's degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary is preferred, 2-4 years of relevant work experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and proficiency in personal computing. The applicant must be 21 years old, able to work varying hours, and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to rapid changes. They must manage rest and be prepared for flight duty, which may last up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days and may span different time zones and extreme weather.

    The applicant must secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening, and have a valid passport and state driver's license. They must be fluent in English, service-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, especially under pressure. They must make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.

    The applicant must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. They must be able to work around animals, including handling and caring for owners who smoke. They must maintain Flight Attendant Certification and FAA requirements post-hire and successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
