Description
As a Crew Manager, Inflight Attendance, you will be responsible for reporting on and off par, transitioning Flight Attendants to Level 2+ when necessary, leading attendance conversations, ensuring mitigation in line with company policies, and assisting with reinstatement and leave policy questions. You will also support local base operations and APFA, coach and counsel FAs to ensure compliance with company and departmental policies, initiate corrective action, participate in task forces and planning activities, support various initiatives set by Flight Service, and be able to work shift work, including weekends and holidays.
Salary Range: $59,263.36 - $81,283.28

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal and planning skills, experience working with contract labor groups, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. They must also pass FAA criminal background checks, secure airport authority or US Customs security badges, and pass U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug testing requirements, including verification with previous employers. Applicants must fill out a "Department of Transportation Testing Inquiry" form for authorization for release of records from previous employers.
Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have current experience in Flight Service, Passenger Service, or Sales, flight attendant experience, and knowledge of American-specific systems like SABRE, NAVIA, Case Manager, and Attendance & Performance System/FlightCAPs.
