As a customer service representative, you'll answer incoming calls, greet and advise customers, handle baggage and ticketing, determine fares and routing, and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences. Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years old, have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working with computers and new technologies, and be able to stand, walk, and handle baggage. Must be legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship, meet company attendance standards, and have a valid passport and U.S. visa. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work in various shifts. Previous experience in airlines, travel, or hospitality, along with a bachelor's degree, will strengthen your application.
