Emirates is conducting a global recruitment drive to identify exceptional candidates for its international cabin crew team. Candidates must apply online to be considered for our invitation-only recruitment events.
Recruitment events will be held in the following locations in Morocco: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakesh, Fez, and Tangier.
Emirates Training Process
The Emirates cabin crew training process involves seven and a half weeks of rigorous training in safety and service delivery at a state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. The training includes:
- Induction Experience
- Safety and Emergency (SEP) training
- Group Medical Training (GMT)
- Security Training
- Emirates Hospitality Experience
- Uniform Learning Experience
- Service Learning Experience.
The first three days provide an introduction to the new joiner's home, Dubai, and the Emirates Group.
The SEP training focuses on critical safety skills, including aircraft equipment familiarization, fire-fighting techniques, in-flight emergency response, and comprehensive evacuation procedures.
The GMT training equips the new joiner with the skills to manage emergencies, including CPR, bleeding, burns, and emergency childbirth.
The Security Training includes the correct procedures, techniques, and skills to prevent and manage unruly behavior, hijacking, sabotage, and personal security.
The Emirates Hospitality Experience focuses on creating signature moments with excellence, enthusiasm, and attentiveness.
The Uniform Learning Experience focuses on preparing the new joiner to wear the iconic cabin crew uniform and represent Emirates.
The Service Learning Experience lasts 14 days, showcasing the quality of Emirates' inflight service at state-of-the-art facilities that simulate working on A380 and B777 aircraft.
Benefits and Offers
Starting Salary & Flying Pay
- Pay includes fixed basic salary, hourly flight pay, and overseas meal allowance.
- Basic salary: AED 4,835 / month
- Flying Pay: AED 66.30 / hour (based on avg. 80-100 hours / month)
- Average monthly Pay: AED 10,802 / month (~USD 2,940, EUR 2,755 or GBP 2,330)
- These are approximate numbers for Grade II (Economy Class).
Travel and Accommodation
- Emirates offers concessional travel tickets to explore new cities.
- Furnished accommodation with utilities is provided for employees in shared living spaces.
- After probation, employees can request to move to another apartment (subject to availability).
- Transportation is provided to and from work and training colleges.

Requirements
To be considered for Emirates cabin crew, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: At least 21 years old
- Education: Completion of high school (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm (5'3").
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to obtain a UAE employment visa.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in cabin crew uniform.
