Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12). While previous experience as a Cabin Crew is preferred, it is not required. Applicants must meet height requirements (5'3 for females and 5'7 for males) and pass a 210 cm reach test. The role is open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines, who must be proficient in Filipino and English. Physical fitness, a customer-centric mindset, confidence, creativity in problem-solving, and a willingness to be based outside Manila are essential qualities.
