Description
The Customer Contact Agent, reporting to the Lead – City Ticket Office - BGI, will enhance the company's image by providing exceptional customer service in passenger reservations. This role involves delivering high-quality reservations, ticketing, and related services to customers using computer terminals or other electronic media. The agent will exceed customer expectations, optimize resource utilization, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards to support the organization's goals.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- At least five (5) CXC/GCE passes, including Maths and English
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar customer service operations role, preferably in the airline industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience in using a Computerized Reservations System
Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service orientation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise judgement and initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
