Join Our Ground Services Team at Airlink!
Airlink is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Johannesburg-based team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our passengers expect, both in our facilities and onboard our aircraft.
You'll be responsible for cleaning aircraft interiors between flights and during scheduled maintenance, as well as keeping our ground facilities spotless and welcoming. What You'll Be Doing?
- Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories according to approved procedures
- Clean and maintain Airlink's facilities at Johannesburg, including offices, crew rooms, and passenger areas
- Follow safety and hazard protocols while working on and around aircraft
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment correctly
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet aviation industry standards and schedules
What We're Looking For?
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent N4 qualification (minimum requirement)
- Experience in a cleaning environment – aviation experience is a strong advantage
- Safety hazard training – you understand how to work safely around equipment and aircraft
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight turnaround schedules
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
