Description
Assist all Airlink outstations and GSAs with any Reservations, ticketing, or CM queries. Ensure Airlink policies and procedures are adhered to. Assist the outstations, GSAs with any IROPS situation advising them of the correct procedure. Able to identify if the system is not behaving in the manner, it should do and advise the relevant Manager.
Requirements
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- 3 Years working experience within the airline industry.
- 2 years Reservations and Ticketing experience.
