Description
American Airlines is seeking a Ticket Sales Agent based in Honduras (SAP) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing caring, efficient, and diplomatic customer service, ensuring the resolution of issues in a mutually beneficial manner. You will promote and sell air travel with American Airlines, prepare itineraries, calculate fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets. Additionally, you will answer inquiries regarding general travel information and assist customers with their needs. You will also be responsible for reconciling auditors' coupons with cash received, personal checks, and credit card vouchers, calculating total revenue, and completing personal audits. The role requires the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess knowledge of reservations systems and Sabre skills, demonstrate average oral and written communication abilities, and meet the required public contact profile standards.
