Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to passengers and the general public at check-in counters, information desks, and boarding gates.
- Provide assistance to special needs passengers.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma, FP I, or approved university access qualification.
- Recent qualifications (within the last 3 years) related to transport or the aviation sector are a plus, such as:
- Certificates of Professionalism in commerce, administration, logistics, or aviation.
- Vocational, university, or professional training in customer service, tourism, or administrative management.
- Language Skills: English at a B1 level.
- Availability: Flexible to work Monday to Sunday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar positions is highly valued.
