Description
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries. You will also handle making and rescheduling reservations for passengers and address customer complaints. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a high school degree or above, with good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Applicants should be able to work under pressure, with full-time working hours including weekends, holidays, and morning and evening shifts. Part-time working hours can be negotiated. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
