    In this role, you will ensure excellence in service by providing swift and timely assistance, adhering to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the operational manuals and the Integrated Management System.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist and Guide Passengers: Attend, guide, and direct passengers at every point of contact in accordance with established procedures, ensuring the safe handling of flight operations and delivering high-quality service.
    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing their needs and requirements, contributing to the organization's continuous improvement.
    • Support Operations During Irregularities: Assist Supervisors, Lead Agents, or other team members during delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations by performing assigned tasks to maintain continuous organizational improvement.

    Requirements

    • Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato).
    • Academic Training: Technical, Technologist, or Professional studies.
    • Work Experience: Experience in customer service roles (preferred).
    • Language Proficiency: Intermediate English level (B2).
