Description
To manage the reception area efficiently and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee and supplier requests, redirecting them as necessary.
- Manage incoming mail and ensure timely delivery to appropriate recipients.
- Handle phone calls via the switchboard.
- Monitor and manage staff identification cards.
- Oversee daily reception operations.
- Manage supplies for meeting rooms and training facilities.
- Supervise the uniform warehouse for cabin crew in collaboration with operators.
- Work with the Procurement and Infrastructure Directorate on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Previous customer service or reception experience is an advantage.
- IT Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English.
