    To manage the reception area efficiently and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external personnel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to employee and supplier requests, redirecting them as necessary.
    • Manage incoming mail and ensure timely delivery to appropriate recipients.
    • Handle phone calls via the switchboard.
    • Monitor and manage staff identification cards.
    • Oversee daily reception operations.
    • Manage supplies for meeting rooms and training facilities.
    • Supervise the uniform warehouse for cabin crew in collaboration with operators.
    • Work with the Procurement and Infrastructure Directorate on assigned tasks.

    Requirements

    • Education: Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous customer service or reception experience is an advantage.
    • IT Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
    • Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English.
