At easyJet, our Cabin Crew are the heart of everything we do. You’re more than just a team member—you’re the friendly face, the reassuring presence, and the positive energy that turns a simple flight into a brilliant journey. If you love people, thrive on variety, and want to be part of a team that feels like family, we’d love to welcome you on board.
Locations: Birmingham • Edinburgh • Liverpool • Manchester
Your Role: Keeping Everyone Safe, Smiling, and Secure
Safety will always be your number one priority. You’ll train to the highest standards to ensure every passenger feels secure and cared for from take-off to landing. But your role doesn’t stop there—you’ll also be the heart of our customer experience, making genuine connections, solving problems with a smile, and creating moments that matter.
A Day in Your Wings:
- Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks and deliver engaging safety briefings.
- Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout their flight.
- Manage in-flight sales in our CAFE.SHOP, handling transactions and boosting your earnings through commission.
- Work seamlessly as part of a close-knit team to handle the unexpected calmly and professionally.
- Be the face of the easyJet brand—bringing our signature Orange Spirit to life with energy, warmth, and positivity.
Is This You?

- Be between 5’2" (157.5cm) and 6’3" (190cm) in height.
- Hold the right to work in the UK indefinitely and hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions across our network.
- Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base airport.
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, neck, or face (discreet, non-offensive tattoos elsewhere are acceptable).
- Be a confident swimmer (able to swim 25m unaided and tread water).
- Pass a UK CAA medical assessment and be able to fit securely into the aircraft jump seat.
You’re a perfect fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, serving—all great experience!).
- Communicate clearly and kindly, even on busy days.
- Stay cool under pressure and put safety first in every decision.
- Love being part of a diverse team and bring your best self to work every day.
- Go the extra mile to make people feel valued and looked after.
What You’ll Get in Return?
We believe in investing in our people—because when you succeed, we succeed.
- A local fixed-term contract with a clear 5/4/5/3 roster pattern giving you a great work-life balance. Part-time options are also available after training.
- A competitive salary with strong commission potential from our onboard sales.
- Fully paid training that sets you up for success and qualifies you as a safety-critical professional.
- Fantastic staff travel benefits—see more of the world with our network.
- Generous annual leave, because rest is important.
- Wellbeing support and programmes because your health matters to us.
- Clear development pathways to roles like Cabin Manager and beyond.
