Your Role in the Skies:
As the face of PAL Airlines, you will be essential to ensuring every flight is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety by demonstrating and enforcing all Transport Canada regulations and emergency procedures.
- Providing warm, attentive service from boarding to deplaning, ensuring everyone feels welcome and cared for.
- Clearly communicating flight updates and safety information to passengers.
- Working collaboratively with the flight crew to handle any operational or customer concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Administering first aid and assisting during medical situations, should they arise.
- Representing PAL Airlines with pride, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
What You Bring:
- You are at least 19 years of age.
- You hold a valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. without restrictions (or are a Canadian Permanent Resident with appropriate work visas).
- You are eligible to obtain an Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (which requires a 5-year history, a clear criminal record, and Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status).
- You are bilingual in English and French.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven background in customer service is a strong asset.
- You have successfully completed the Flight Attendant Academy or the In-flight Institute Online Training Program – CT201.
- You are flexible, resilient, and able to work varied shifts, including extended time away from home.
- You can commit to and successfully complete our initial 5-week, full-time training program.
