A Day in the Life of a JetBlue Crewmember

Your role is dynamic, meaningful, and centers on two critical pillars: unparalleled safety and heartfelt service.

    You'll Be Responsible For:

    • Safety as Your First Priority: Responding calmly and effectively to a wide range of in-flight situations, from medical emergencies to ensuring compliance with all federal regulations. You are the leader customers will look to, and their safety is in your hands.
    • Creating the JetBlue Experience: Providing outstanding, personalized service from boarding to deplaning. This includes delivering our signature snack and beverage service, assisting with carry-on luggage, and offering a caring presence to all, including unaccompanied minors and customers with disabilities.
    • Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing customer needs and finding thoughtful resolutions to ensure satisfaction, even when faced with challenges.
    • Being a JetBlue Ambassador: Promoting our brand with pride, which includes engaging with customers, upselling buy-on-board products, and utilizing our company-issued electronic tablet for sales and customer information.
