Aegean Airlines – Remote Call Center Representative (Crete-Based)!
Aegean Airlines is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our remote team, and we are specifically hiring candidates who currently live in Crete. This is a work-from-home role, but we do require flexibility — our operations run 24/7, so you will need to be available for shifts across different hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls with two main goals: providing helpful, professional support and contributing to ticket sales. It is a service role with a commercial focus, and we are looking for people who can balance both naturally.
What you will be doing on a daily basis:
- Responding to customer calls and answering questions about flights, fares, and Aegean services
- Issuing new tickets and reissuing existing ones when changes are needed
- Managing ticket upgrades, including Business Class and Miles & Bonus requests
- Handling booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
What we are looking for?
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not strictly required
- Full fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel basics)
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
Additional languages that will give you an advantage (any one of these):
- German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Romanian
