Office Junior Assistant – Bookajet, Petersfield Head Office!
Bookajet is one of Europe's leading executive jet charter and management companies, and we're looking for an Office Junior Assistant to join us at our Petersfield Head Office. This is a genuine foot-in-the-door opportunity to learn the private aviation industry from the inside.

You'll receive on-the-job training and work alongside a team that arranges global private jet itineraries. What you'll be doing day to day?
You'll work directly with our Charter Team, supporting them as they coordinate with both suppliers and customers. Over time, you'll get exposure to every part of private jet charter brokering — from the operational side to the commercial side. This isn't a "make coffee and file papers" junior role. You'll actually learn how the business works.

- Communicates well and can negotiate with confidence as they learn
- Stays calm when problems come up and works through them professionally
- Pays close attention to detail — small mistakes matter in this industry
- Has a genuine interest in aviation (preferred but not required)
No previous aviation experience is needed. A-Level or equivalent education is preferred, but we're more focused on your attitude and potential.
What you need to know before applying
You must be able to reliably commute to our Petersfield Head Office or plan to relocate before starting. This is a day shift role, and we offer on-site parking.
