As our Customer Service Agent, you'll be the friendly face that passengers and crew members rely on from the moment they arrive until they depart. Whether someone needs help with a service request, has a question, or just wants to share feedback, you'll be their go-to person for creating seamless, engaging, and professional experiences.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Welcome passengers and crew with warmth and professionalism throughout their time at our facility
- Handle billing questions, service requests, suggestions, and complaints with respect and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns fairly while keeping situations calm and positive
- Assist crew members with arranging hotels, ground transportation, catering, linens, and other vendor services
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships by sharing information about Jet Aviation's services
- Stay compliant with all airport and Jet Aviation policies and regulations
- Represent Jet Aviation professionally within the industry and our broader network
What We're Looking For?
Experience & Education:
- 1-2 years in an FBO or customer service role (hospitality experience is a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Team-oriented with genuine passion for service excellence
- Must obtain Airport ID Badge within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit frequently
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching
- Regular lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- Vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- Comfort working in various weather conditions and loud environments (including aircraft noise)
- Occasional exposure to fuel fumes and vibration
Work Schedule
Aviation operates on a dynamic schedule, and we need team members who thrive in fast-paced environments. Our operation runs 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly. The initial assignment will be 2nd shift (afternoon, approximately 11 am to 7 pm), with potential changes over time as business needs evolve.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19−$24 per hour (equivalent to $40,000−$49,000 annually), plus performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary. Overtime paid over 40 hours in one week.
