Valet – ACI Jet, Santa Ana
We are looking for a Valet to join our team at ACI Jet's Santa Ana location. Your main goal is simple: make a great first and last impression on every guest who arrives or leaves our facility. That means greeting people warmly, handling their vehicles with care, and helping with luggage both out of the car and into the aircraft. If you are someone who enjoys staying active outdoors, working around exotic cars, and making guests feel welcome from the moment they pull in, this could be a good fit.
A few things to know up front: this role requires availability on weekends and holidays. You will be on your feet — standing, walking, and occasionally running on pavement — for six or more consecutive hours per shift. You also need to be comfortable driving high-end exotic vehicles and operating manual transmission cars without hesitation.
Who You Will Work With?
You will report directly to the Valet Supervisor and work closely with ACI Jet employees, vendors, and clients. The right candidate will maintain a positive, productive attitude while representing the company professionally at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other tasks may be assigned as needed, but here is what the daily work looks like:
- Greeting customers warmly and asking about their parking needs
- Explaining valet parking fees clearly before service begins
- Helping guests remove luggage from their vehicles and assisting with bringing it into the aircraft
- Issuing a receipt in exchange for customer keys
- Driving customer vehicles safely to designated parking locations
- Making sure each vehicle is properly parked and locked before leaving it unattended
- Retrieving cars when guests return — take the receipt tag, locate the vehicle, and bring it to the waiting area
- Returning keys and remotes immediately when the vehicle is handed back
- Keeping parking lots clean and well-maintained for vehicle and customer safety
- Maintaining positive relationships with both customers and vendors
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The physical ability to lift between 50 and 70 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- The ability to adapt to changing needs and respond quickly and positively
- Good planning and prioritization skills — you will need to complete tasks within deadlines
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment, especially during busy travel periods
- A high level of motivation, organization, and attention to detail
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Pay Rate
$16.50 per hour, plus tips.
